Solar string welder performance
The solar string laser welder has a no pressure hot air welding wheel, servo motor drives, industrial camera orientation detection, and can automatically remove damaged cells. Users do need to set the cell spacing, the number of single-string cells, and the soldering temperature. The equipment is easy to operate and is suitable for crystalline silicon solar cells in a series welding sheet. The laser welding machine also allows for semi and fully automatic welding of laminated photovoltaic string docking devices, enables a batter string layout and positioning on glass.

Automatic Solar Module Tester Features
The solar cell module tester uses a horizontal box and hits the light path by design. The electrical properties are suitable for the detection of intermediate and final testing of PV modules.
The pulse xenon lamp is imported from Germany. Equipped with special fiber optic components, it ensures the correct light source spectra and a long service life
A constant light intensity. During the test interval, a constant light intensity is used to ensure accurate and reliable test data. The 0-100ms pulse flash is continuously adjustable, by 1 ms increments, and can adapt to different components of the measurement cell.
A digital control is used to ensure the test accuracy. The solar module tester also comes with programmable hardware parameters, which simplifies commissioning and maintenance.
This machine uses a 2M x 4way high speed synchronous acquisition card, a finer detailed reduction test curve, and it measures to reflect the actual work cells carry out.
The use of an infrared temperature measurement and temperature changes reflect the cells, and automatically complete temperature compensation.
Automatic control of the entire range of real-time detection test cells and the main unit circuit working conditions provides hardware/software protection to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.
A number of flashes is used as the counting function (replacement resets to zero).

The solar module tester is specifically used for solar silicon, poly crystalline silicon, and the electrical properties of amorphous silicon cell modules.
