Brief Introduction
The PEL-500 CNC channel letter bending machine is a new type of industrial equipment for advertising production. Especially, it is suitable for processing both double-fold-edge and single-fold-edge aluminum.

1. The CNC channel letter bending machine comes with a user-friendly interface that features simple configuration and touch-screen operation. Simply enter the text and/or graphic design files, and then the machine can process them automatically.
2. Automatically feed and notch two sides (angel 45-135) using a Japanese linear rolling module (screw drive) and a precision motor clamp.

3. This CNC bending machine requires no air pump, and ensures low noise and environmental friendliness.
4. A unique three-dimensional simulation process, two-dimensional design file to be able to display three-dimensional effects enables full observation and monitoring of the whole working process.
5. The original double-bent parallel knife bending technology to save time and greatly improve the processing efficiency. The maximum bending angle of this CNC channel letter bending machine is 135°.
6. The advertising production equipment ensures high precision machining. To be specific, the feeding precision can reach 0.01mm and bending accuracy is up to 0.4°.
7. With a precision automatic calibration function, the machine can meet a variety of complex embedded processes to ensure maximum accuracy.
8. Wide range of applications: CNC Bending machine can process 2mm strip of aluminum, galvanized steel, iron, and other sheet metals.
