Product Features
1. The CNC bending machine features a user-friendly interface with a simple configuration and touch-screen operation. Simply enter the text and/or graphic design files, and then the machine can process them automatically.
2. A unique three-dimensional simulation process and two-dimensional design file to be able to display three-dimensional effects enable full observation and monitoring of the whole working process.
3. The CNC bending machine boasts the original double-bent parallel knife bending technology to save time and greatly improve the processing efficiency. The maximum bending angle is 130°.
4. High precision machining, feeding precision can reach 0.01mm, bending accuracy up to 0.4°.
5. With a precision automatic calibration function, the CNC bender can meet a variety of complex embedded processes to ensure maximum accuracy.
6. The CNC bending machine can process 0-1.5mm strip of aluminum, galvanized steel, iron, and other sheet metals.
7. It can work together with laser engraving machines and plasma cutting machines to complete an entire production process.
